Project Overview
ARG Construction completed the rehabilitation of the Downtown Elderly Apartments in Laredo, senior housing operated by Laredo Municipal Housing. The project renovated the existing building and added a multipurpose space for residents.
The work included replacement of the electrical and HVAC systems. Renovating occupied or recently occupied senior housing places particular weight on life safety and accessibility, and on sequencing the work to limit disruption to residents.
ARG built the project in coordination with Sepulveda Associate Architects, Inc.
