Improvements and repair/reconstruction of the designated existing fence. Install a new security fence and gate posts in concrete footings along the designated secure perimeter; chain-link fence fabric with barbed wire extension; gate motors; aircraft cabling; security fence reinforcement along designated fence runs; turnstile systems with ADA accessible man gates, new shade canopies, and lighting; security access card readers at all gates and turnstiles; security cameras at vehicle gates.
